REAL FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE MAPLE APPLE CRISP
6 Freshly chopped apples( Granny Smith, Johnagold, Honeycrips)
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons of butter( or dairy free butter)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup and a little extra to drizzle on top.
HOW TO MAKE THIS DELICIOUS HOMEMADE MAPLE APPLE CRISP
1. In a mixing bowl add chopped apples, coconut sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of flour. Combined well and place in a prepared pie or casserole dish.
